Refund policy is applicable only when the wrong product was sent by the merchant, or the product was damaged in shipping, or the product is defective.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment and processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the credit card issuing bank.
All items which are returned will be assessed and validated before they are accepted for a refund. If the stated issue is not found in the product you return, or if you return an incomplete product, your claim for a refund will be rejected.
